Now this is one of those things that 4 years ago, I would have said, I will never let my kids do that.
Fast-forward, is it really a big deal? Not so much...
I told him I didn't care if he wanted to wear it, but I wasn't going to help him put it on, he would have to dress himself... So he did. He comes out fully dressed with his tie attached to his suit jacket, black socks, and brown shoes. He insisted on eating dinner at the bar by himself, and when he was done, took his "son" to the movie. (6 months ago Carson believed he had a baby in his belly, now his son is a little holy terror at our house. Garry told him if his son couldn't behave then he couldn't live here anymore, since then he has been a little better...)
As Garry and I were trying to finish our dinner, Carson kept coming back to the table to ask his dad for more money because his son kept wanting to do more things. They finally settled on playing the V Motion.
It was a fun night!
