Dancing Shoes

It has been a while since Carson and I have gone to a dance where Garry's band has played. Carson was very excited to go, and had a great time dancing all over the dance floor.

After the band finished the first set, one of the sax players was feeling so ill that she couldn't finish the show, so they asked if I could step in and help out. I wasn't necessarily opposed, however, I had my three year old date in tow, and didn't know if that was the smartest idea I had ever had. The band manager said he would help out, and luckily this was an event sponsored by a high school academy so it was more of a family based evening, and Carson had a grand time dancing the night away while mom and dad played with the band. A big thanks to Melissa Barcklay as well for helping to try and tame the beast!
