We traveled to Idaho for Spring Break this year, and it was fun. It had been a really long time, like 15-20 years since I had been to balanced rock, but while we had a lot of free time, I thought it would be fun to take Garry and the kiddos. Just southwest of Twin Falls, Carson thought it was pretty sweet!
There is an air museum in Nampa that every time we drive by going to or from my mom's Garry has said for the last 8 years, "I would really like to stop there." We usually are in a hurry when we're in Boise, and just drive on past, one time we even tried to stop, and whatever day of the week it was was the day they were closed.....Thwarted! But Garry decided since we were just chillin' the whole week he would take Carson up one day, and they would check out the museum. He said it was pretty cool, a lot of local history, and some cool planes on display.
We went with my brother and his wife to the temple, and got some cute pics of the kids in their Easter clothes.
We had fun going to an Easter Egg Hunt at CSI, dying eggs with the kids, and taking a few more pics. I swiped Tara's IPad box, and drew an eye on a pad to give to Garry for Easter......he didn't think it was nearly as funny as I did :)
We had a great week, and it was fun that for the first time ever Easter fell over spring break, so we were able to spend it with Grandma Hope.
