Mid-winter break

In East Valley, we have a mid-winter break. IT.IS.AWESOME! Granted we don't get out of school until almost the end of June, but after having the drab, bleek, gloomy January, it is so nice to have a week off! Washington Music Educator's always have their conference over President's Day weekend, which also coincides with our mid-winter break, so I had originally planned on going with Garry. However, as it got closer, I just couldn't stand the thought of leaving Natalie for 4 days, and decided instead to go visit my mom for the week. We were happy to spend some time with Kaiya, and Jenn, and it was nice to just relax, and not have much to do all week.
