Apparently too relaxed??

So I wrote a blog about having a nice relaxing day at home with my family, and then bam, three weeks go by, and it doesn't seem like I have one minute to myself! I think I must have jinxed myself!

As soon as we came back from Thanksgiving, I only had a few days until my first choir concert, which went relatively well, and both Garry and I have been working up to our middle school band concert we performed today, and Garry has his high school band concert next week. It just seems like this time of year there is no time to rest! But we are excited that we only have a few more days until our two week break! It is totally one of the perks of teaching school, last year when I wasn't teaching, I missed not having that time off, and spring break, and all summer. I don't know what I would do if I ever had to have a full-time real job! Garry and I are both excited that we decided to stay home this year, and just have Christmas with our own little family, it will be so nice to just relax for two weeks, and not really have to worry about all of the hustle and bustle!

In other big news, for those of you didn't get a christmas card, we are expecting baby #2 on June 22. We are so excited, we could not have planned this any better. High School Graduation is June 15, and the last day of school in the 19th. Having met with our new doctor and discussing our previously huge son who delivered at 9'12" neither of us wants another nearly 10 lb baby, so I am hoping to be able to make it through graduation, but then after that, I hope this next baby makes their appearance. We do want to find out what we will be having, hopefully that will happen sometime in January. I always look forward to the end of the school year because of the excitement summer brings, but we will have a little extra excitement this year!
