ValleyFest 2008

About 5-6 years ago, all of the little towns outside of Spokane, joined forces, and became "Spokane Valley." Since then they have started the ValleyFest tradition. It was pretty fun. We took Carson to the parade, where we met up with the Scott's. I told Carson that if he wanted to get more candy, he would have to clap and wave at the people passing by. It was pretty cute, he said, mom, I'm waving, and they still didn't give me candy. But we made out pretty well for the evening!
