I am so excited about Southwest Airlines! Last night, Garry and I were looking online to see what ticket prices were like. My 10 year high school reunion is the first weekend in June, and I had contemplated about going down early and then maybe have Garry fly down to meet us, and then we could all drive back together. However, when we looked at the available flights, we saw that they were running some kind of crazy special for $29 one-way flights. That's right only TWENTY-NINE dollars! I was shocked, amazed, surprised, ecstatic! We added up what it would cost all three of us to fly down, and then estimated what it would cost us in gas, food for the 10 hour trip, and an extra oil change for me car, and we were within $10. So we decided it would be silly not to fly, I'd trade 45 min for 10 hours any day!!! So now, Carson and I get to go down the week before to spend some time with my family, and Garry will catch up with us for my reunion....Oh happy day!
