I waited until the last second to get my christmas cards done this year....So I had the ingenius idea to take a picture of both the kiddos sleeping. They look much more peaceful when they are sleeping than awake, so we'll go with it!
So I was very excited to get my christmas cards out, and then just kept procrastinating getting them finished. So my awesome babysitter helped me out, and got them all stuffed, I was going to sit down and write my christmas letter, and found that along with stuffing the envelopes, she also sealed them! So no letter in the Christmas cards this year, but it has been a wonderfully fantatic year! Welcoming baby Natalie and buying a new house, kind of take the cake, but I am incredibly thankful for everything we have been blessed with, especially the knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the help that it brings into my life. I am thankful that no matter where we move we have an instant welcoming party, and people who are more than happy to come help us move. I am thankful for my children who remind me everyday why I want to be a better person. I am thankful for my brothers and sisters who love me, and accept me as I am, yet help motivate me to want to become a better person. I am thankful for my mom, who is a stronger person than I could have ever imagined. I am thankful for my husband who supports my silly quirks, and comforts and encourages me when I doubt myself.
While many have said they are excited for 2010 because 2009 was not the best year, I embrace it and will remember it fondly as a wonderful year in the LaPlante house.
