Easter was a loonnnggggggg day this year! Garry's family usually gets up and goes to a Sunrise Service at the cemetary where Garry's grandfather is buried, however, it was too cold and too early especially since I knew we wouldn't have an opportunity for nap time. So we got up and just went to breakfast after the service at Garry's grandmothers house. Then we had to jet to make it to church on time, after which we hurried to make our potato dish and my cute bunny cake to bring to dinner at Garry's Aunt Sue's house. In the middle of all of that, Carson had about 35 minutes through out the day to look at his new Easter stuff.
I've been trying to dial it back a bit for holiday's because I have a tendency to go a bit overboard. But I thought I found such a deal this year. We went to look at one of the baby trading stores, and found a cool kids spiderman mini ATV. It was only 10 bucks so I snatched it up the only down side is that it didn't come with a charger for the battery, so for now Carson just looks at his cool car. :(
After the long day we had fun, but we were sure ready for bed!

if i do say so myself that cake looks absolutely adorable even though it was made at very late hours into the night!!! LOL!!!
